Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Access is role-based; you must only access data you are authorised to use within your clinic.

Acceptable use

• Use the platform only for lawful veterinary practice-management purposes.
• Do not attempt to access another clinic’s data or circumvent security controls.
• Do not upload unlawful content or use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages.

Clinical responsibility

IntelliVet is a documentation and workflow tool. AI-assisted features produce drafts that must be reviewed and confirmed by a qualified professional before they are saved, sent or acted upon. IntelliVet does not provide veterinary advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement. The treating veterinarian remains fully responsible for all diagnoses, prescriptions and treatment decisions.

Billing records

The platform generates GST-style invoices and records payments for bookkeeping. It does not process or hold funds. Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of their tax details and compliance with applicable tax law.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, IntelliVet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
